NORN SAUNDERS unsung hero of The Illustrative Arts!

Norm Saunders is one of thoes guys who's art I have loved ever since I can remember, but who I've just sorta recently figgured out who he was....He painted Pulp and then comicbook covers, worked for Tops bubblegum, where he created and painted every cool trading card set that came out during my childhood in the 1970's and is also resonsible for some seriously slick greywash illustrations for the Mens Adventure magazines......along with a ton of paperback covers. This guy toilerd away in reletive obscurity, working in the trashyist industries there were..... yet his Draftsmanship, Imagination & Technique are OUTSTANDING!Luckily, most of his art was preserved and his son has put out one HELL of nice Art Book.... If you into this type of stuff, you can't go wrong buying this one..... Voluminous Indeed!
